WebZenithLabs Ltd is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050.

2. Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

WebZenithLabs Ltd was incorporated in February 2026. As this is our first year of operation, the baseline year and current reporting year are identical (February 2026 – January 2027). Emissions figures represent projected emissions based on our fully remote operational model. No prior emissions reporting exists. Scope 3 emissions have been estimated using UK government conversion factors.

4. Emissions Reduction Targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving net zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 0.30 tCO₂e by 2031 — a reduction of 33% against our Feb 2026 baseline.

5. Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed carbon reduction initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been implemented since the February 2026 baseline. As this is our first year of operation, the carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes equates to 0.00 tCO₂e (a 0% reduction against the baseline). These measures will be in effect when performing any relevant contract.

1. Fully remote policy. All UK and Sri Lankan staff operate 100% remotely, eliminating daily commuting emissions from day one of operation.
2. Green cloud hosting. All software solutions are hosted on cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) committed to 100% renewable energy.
3. Digital invoicing and paperless workflows. Paperless processes are used for all EPOS software licensing, client documentation, and invoicing.
4. Hardware lifecycle management. All EPOS hardware returned or decommissioned by clients is recycled through certified WEEE recycling schemes.

Future carbon reduction initiatives

In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:

• Certified carbon offsetting for residual Scope 3 emissions;
• Adoption of Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) alignment;
• A supplier engagement programme to reduce upstream transport emissions;
• Annual carbon auditing by a third-party environmental consultant.

6. Declaration and Sign-Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard, and uses the appropriate UK government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements (where required), and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
